You are one of the first to try out the tool. We are eager to hear your feedback and tips for further improvement. At the bottom of this page, you will find forms for this purpose.
The tool is designed to assist both employees and managers in preparing for conversations in the performance review cycle. Additionally, it serves as a trainer that guides you in practicing conversations and provides direct feedback. In the final version, you will be able to conduct your conversation with Robin from start to finish without the other party being present. However, it will never fully replace a human-to-human conversation.

 

Before you get started, it’s good to know a few things:

Working themes: Currently, two themes (out of 20) are available:
  • For managers: Providing negative feedback, handling employee reactions to negative feedback, and discussing performance improvement.
  • For employees: Working with the AI coach on your development goals and plans.
Feel free to explore both themes! The other themes are still under development.

 

  • Choices: Robin may sometimes suggest options where you might prefer an alternative. No problem! Just indicate what you want.
  • Adjusting conversation style: During the conversation, you can ask Robin for a different approach, such as more pushback, additional information, or interim feedback.
  • Platform load: During peak times, response speed may temporarily be lower. We ask for your understanding.
  • Speech mode: This is often slow, but the AI world is developing rapidly, so this will improve in the future.
