Nice that you’re getting started with Robin. We’re curious to hear your feedback and experiences. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find forms for that purpose.
The tool is designed to support both employees and managers in preparing for conversations in the performance cycle. In addition, it functions as a trainer that guides you in practicing conversations and provides direct feedback. In the final version, you will be able to conduct your entire conversation with Robin from start to finish, without the other party being present. However, it will never fully replace a genuine human-to-human conversation.
Before you get started, it’s good to know a few things:
Active themes: The following themes are currently available:

For managers: giving negative feedback, handling employee reactions to negative feedback, discussing performance improvement, and addressing health and well-being.

For employees: working with the AI coach on development goals and plans, reflecting on health and well-being, and giving feedback to your manager.
Feel free to explore all available themes. The number of themes continues to grow — others are still in development.
Choices: Robin is often very flexible and sometimes offers options where you might prefer a different alternative. No problem! Just indicate what you would like instead.
Adjusting conversation style: During the conversation, you can ask Robin to take a different approach—for example, offering more pushback, additional information, or interim feedback.
Speech mode: This is sometimes slow and not yet good enough. You can switch back to text mode using the open book icon. A better version is being developed.
Try out different situations, different approaches, and different angles for feedback.
