To be able to use our time in the second meeting most efficient we ask you to prepare one part of the communication techniques.

Prepare two modules of the e-learning (this takes maximally one hour). We advise you not to d

 

 

o this in one leg, but two spend two moments on it. The time you will need depends on how many examples you will watch.

 

• Who is the first to give feedback (5 to 10 minutes)

Use the menu button (in the upper left corner) and go to chapter 3  (the body of the meeting) to the module: Who provides feedback first? You or the employee?

• How do you discuss negateve feedback? *) (30 minutes)

Use the menu button (in the upper left corner) and go to chapter 3  (the body of the meeting) to the module: How do you discuss negative feedback?
The objective is that in the component APPLICATION is that you can handle 75% of the reactions correctly.

•   Proceed with the module: After the first reaction.  (8 to 15 minutes).

*) The manager says frequently: “I assess this as…..”, but the reactions on negative feedback can be the same as reactions on negative appraisals.

You are free to watch other modules as well. In the second meeting we will cover positive feedback and development, we will do some excercises in dealing with negative feedback.

Furthermore we will discuss your cases. Please share some cases through the form you find at the bottom of this page.
