UvA Coaching on the Annual Consultation (jaargesprek) for employees
Employees of the UvA
- to support you with your upcoming difficult annual conversation
- to equip you for other annual conversations
- facilitate the communication with your supervisor in the long term
How does it work
- The employee submits the intake form
- The employee receives, based on the intake, specific backgrounds in an e-learning to prepare for step 3
- This step consists 0f:
- Online coaching meeting (possibly a roleplay to prepare for the real Annual Conversation).
- A short online meeting with the employee that can lead to a request to the manager to meet to discuss how to come to a succesful Annual Conversation.
Planning: max 2 hours in total
Jan Jacob de Groot from Trans Missie training en advies will be your coach. He has a lot of experience in training and supporting in annual conversations, especially in universities.
